The ALPHABETICA consortium meets in Windsor for its General Assembly
NewsOn 29 and 30 June 2026, the ALPHABETICA consortium met in Cumberland Lodge, an education charity and events venue in Windsor, the UK, for its General Assembly, hosted by the UK partners from the Open University and Oxford Brookes University. From the project’s point of view, this meeting served as a discussion point for sharing, discussing and agreeing on timetables and planning the activities for the upcoming months.
Now all pilot actions are running, it’s time to start looking at the next steps, namely the project’s contribution to the theory of change, and outlining dissemination activities through creative approaches. The latter included group discussions among academic and non-academic partners to plan the writing of a peer-reviewed papers.
Given the importance of the Living Labs in ALPHABETICA, Giulia Marraccoli (from Save the Children Italy) guided a discussion among the consortium partners about these special activities and how to integrate them into the pilot actions, offering insights and key aspects to be taken into account to make the most of them.
Most of the partners involved in the pilot actions spent an additional day in Windsor, focused on the discussion of diverse topics related to their advancement and cross-country differences in the co-creation process, such as the role of the context, of the selected sample, or the role of arts.
