The second and final day of the ALPHABETICA General Assembly has taken place today in Turin, once again organised and hosted by the University of Turin, and has built on the strong collaborative spirit established on the first day.

The morning continued the work of WP5 – Civic engagement for policy action, with a session led by Roberta Ricucci (University of Turin) focusing on Youth online cross-country meetings. Partners worked on defining practical implementation steps, identifying who to involve, timelines, and thematic priorities to ensure meaningful youth engagement across countries.

Collaboration and exchange remained central throughout the day. Participants attended presentations from sister projects and were introduced to ALPHABETICA’s Advisory Board, whose members provided valuable strategic and scientific input to the consortium.

A joint wrap-up session then encouraged partners to reflect on the future impact of the project and introduced the inter-project dialogue titled “Thinking about the future… from schools to higher education.”

In the afternoon, ALPHABETICA connected with the EHEI project (Ecosystems for Higher Education Inclusion) during a dedicated inter-project meeting focused on participatory engagement and research methodologies. This exchange fostered networking and mutual learning on how to better connect underserved communities with educational pathways.

The day concluded with a visit to ASAI, a local association supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, which will take part in the Living Lab activities in Italy under WP5. The visit offered a meaningful opportunity to link the project’s research and participatory goals with real community practices.

With two intensive working days now completed, the General Assembly has strengthened coordination across work packages, deepened research alignment, and reinforced the shared commitment of partners to advancing inclusive, arts-based educational approaches across Europe.
